Strongly recommend for a short interlude

Comfortable bed, excellent bathroom amenities, with a lovely shower that had great pressure and hot water. the location was very walkable and included free parking which made it easy for us to explore nearby attractions.

Location near restaurants, functional fitness center, little coffee shop in lobby

The lobby cleanliness falls short. hallways feature dirty carpets!!! Walls show signs of bubbling due to moisture that need immediate attention. The room’s decor lacks character, bland lighting creates a cheap atmosphere.

I recently spent three nights in a Standard King Room and loved the comfy beds and the nice bar area near the lobby. The rooftop pool and the well-equipped fitness center were fantastic relaxation spots! The lobby could use a bit more tidiness, but it didn't take away from my overall great experience. 😊

Had an awesome time here with my friends! We enjoyed some fantastic cocktails and drinks at nearby bars, perfect for unwinding after our busy days. The location is super walkable, and there are plenty of great restaurants around. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend checking out the vibrant local scene!

However, I did notice that the room and bathroom walls could have been cleaner, which was a bit disappointing.

I had the best time in a suite that felt like a tropical paradise! The bed was so cozy, I sunk right in and slept like a baby. Plenty of great amenities, especially loved the little fridge for my drinks and a lovely balcony to relax, too!

great neighborhood for city strolls and dining experiences

I had a fantastic time exploring this vibrant neighborhood, finding delicious restaurants like Casa Bariachi and Bruna Restaurante, both just a short walk away, where the friendly atmosphere and great food made my nights special. as a solo traveler, the convenient access to attractions like the Casa-Museo Jose Clemente Orozco and Revolution Park added so much to my experience, making it easy to get to all the city sights I wanted to see.

The hotel boasts a sleek, contemporary design that stands out. Rooms are equipped with essential amenities like a flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, and good Wi-Fi, catering well to those traveling for business or leisure.

During the stay, several inconveniences arose. The water in the room occasionally ran brown, and the floors needed a serious cleaning, leaving my socks blackened. Without a pool despite online mentions, it felt misleading. The beds were uncomfortable, leading to a neck issue, and I noticed other guests that might have been there just for late-night activities, which wasn’t exactly relaxing.

I was impressed by the hotel's elegant decor and accessibility. The spacious and clean rooms, along with the welcoming staff, made my stay truly delightful, providing a comfortable environment I appreciated as a senior traveler.

Improve noise insulation between rooms, please.

krystal urban is a great hotel! the location is perfect, really close to chapultepec blvd and the historic center. my favorite was the beautiful lobby restaurant where we had an amazing breakfast each morning. the staff here is super nice and helpful, making our stay so enjoyable!
